Jon has extensive experience in the intimate apparel category, along with women’s accessories and swimwear, directly managing or developing licensing strategies for premier, global brands. He has been at president level, general manager for over 12 years, and a senior level sales executive for 10 years prior. As a corporate manager with premier companies in the category, Jon has built a reputation on his ability to assemble a high performance team, his leadership, and success in the marketplace.
John Elmuccio has comprehensive experience working in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. He has worked with and served as a Senior Sales and Operations Executive with Fortune 500 apparel companies, founded and sold an apparel company, launched major designer, national brands and licenses, managed acquisitions and serves as an industry consultant to private investment firms on global market trends in textiles and apparel. He has opened and directed international businesses and supply chain operations initiatives in over a dozen countries while managing multiple international offices, including managing global operations and sourcing for a Sri Lankan apparel-manufacturer with three factories and 4500 sewing operators. His executive background includes working with NGO's on Global Fair Trade practices, as well as senior executive roles with Warnaco, Maidenform and Leslie Fay. John has taken on long-term product development and operational consulting projects with clients that include Elie Tahari, Hanesbrands, VF Corp, Joe's Jeans, Maxim, Delta Galil and Komar.
